Jeffrey owns a gym in Hermitage, TN called "Next Level Strength" a lot goes into a workout more than the actual movement from the mental and the nutrition side of things. Fitness is a choice if you want to use it the option is their getting in the gym and having the power to go through a workout is one of the difficult decisions from a good outfit to the weights available getting a comfortable environment is one of the most important things. Jeffrey also hosts his own podcast called "FunctionallyDysfunctionalShow" which is about "No answers, just real talk about everything from food to philosophy, politics to religion, and aliens to exercise.
