Post Holiday Blues

(Podcast) The death of a loved one is something that all of us have to face at one time or another. You have to understand that your feelings are real. God is not judging you for missing your loved one. He is there with you as you process that loss. I want to assure you in your grief that you cherish the memory of your loved one and still enjoy life. The holiday season can be rough is you don't realize that you are human and God gave your emotions for a reason. There are no perfect strategies for dealing with loss, each person is different. Each loss is different.
