Get out and vote! It's election day in Ohio as voters are hitting the polls for the August 2 special / primary election. But what's on the ballot? What races will impact your community? Why are we having a rare August election?

You may remember, the state’s repeated map redistricting issues resulted in several races being delayed from the May 3 primary election earlier this year -- including candidates running for seats in the Ohio House, Ohio Senate and State Central Committee. These are now all part of this August election.
