Turkey Sending Troops to Libya?

President Erdogan of Turkey has signed an agreement with Libya's Government of National Accord in Tripoli to provide military assistance in their ongoing conflict with the Libyan National Army (led by General Khalifa Haftar) for control over the capital city.
