Currently playing guitar touring with Garth Brooks, Gordon Kennedy said it was his song writing that opened the doors of opportunity in Nashville. Having written 15 songs for Garth, and many others for several popular singers, it was when Gordon co-wrote and won a Grammy for "Change The World" performed by Eric Clapton that his career began to take off. The song was shelved for several years...Gordon initially questioned his talent and why he believed he had written a hit song when the industry told him it was not.
