Knott County Kentucky Second Wave of Flash Flooding

08-01-2022 Many communities in Southeast, KY saw yet another round of heavy rain causing flash flooding today. This video shows more flash flooding occurring in the Red Fox area of Knott County. Many homes were already destroyed from last weeks flooding. This was round Two.
