Rumbling cold rant about air conditioning when it's not so hot outside

Ever noticed that most restaurants do this?

No need to have it that cold inside, should be fans only once the sun starts setting, and the thermostat should be set based on the outside temperatures.

Nobody should have to wear a sweater or coat inside (especially if they're heat or cold sensitive to temperature changes).
