The August 3, 2022 Monkey Update of Wacky Wizards introduces a new Giant Live Event battling a Gingerbread Giant to obtain the Shield Ingredient. There are also 8 new regular potions a 1 new premium potion using the new Shield Ingredient.

Remember how we setup the Sky Castle's defense last update? For this new live event, a Gingy Gingerbread Giant is busting down the castle wall and attacking! You need to use the crossbows and equipment that were placed into the castle defenses last week to take down the giant gingerbread man. Once you beat the giant boss, Wizard Oz rewards you with the Shield Ingredient.

So what do you think of this Giant Live Event and the Shield ingredient potions? It had been a little while since we had a Live Event. Again, I'm complaining that this update is pretty small simple, and there are only a wee handful of new potions, none of which use more than 2 ingredients. At least we have the singular premium potion in the mix.
