Shirataki Noodles: Shirataki Noodles are also widely called a Miracle, and this is because asides from being strikingly different from regular noodles, they are very filling and very low in calories. Studies have shown that celery leaf extracts can lead to increased sperm production for men and improved participants' overall fertility level. Celery also contains sufficient amounts of nitrates that can be instrumental in controlling blood pressure as well as correcting erectile dysfunction.
