Madeleine French cake seen under a microscope | Spongecake up close

In this video I use a digital micrsocope camera to zoom in on a madeleine french cake snack. No this is not a how to bake cake video, just one covering a magnified view of this dessert. This microscopy reveals the cake is not as appetizing as when seen in the macro.
