All of humanity became slaves, servants of the devil. Technically the devil cannot claim you as a prisoner until you knowingly and willingly disobeyed God. Even though Jesus was born in sinful flesh, the devil could not claim him because he NEVER disobeyed God. Every human was brought under the bondage of sin which is the very DNA of the devil when they knowingly disobeyed God. The devil offered to Jesus all the nations, countries, wealth of this world if He would only fall down and worship him. Jesus completely Overcame the demonic world!
