Instant Pot for Greek style yogurt at home!
I’ve made yogurt off and on for years; in fact, I had a yogurt maker back 40 years ago! But having an Instant Pot allows me to control the method—and to make a much larger batch. I only make yogurt every two or three weeks now. Greek-style yogurt requires an extra step of straining the yogurt but it takes away a lot of the tartness of homemade yogurt; totally worth it in my opinion. Today’s yogurt is one of my best and most delicious efforts. I don’t know why, but I’ll take it! When I have a flop, I just call it “drinkable yogurt” and deal with it.
This is a longer video than usual, but I decided to keep both days of the process on the same video. If you have any questions, just ask! Until next time, this is Lori Fiechter with My Indiana Garden and Kitchen! Chao!
