Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings and OCD / Can I Manage This?

I am just learning how to cook-so critique away! HELP ME!

I have been SLOWLY attempting to cook. I am blessed to have a husband who loves to cook, but right now his schedule has flip flopped and cooking is on me....YIKES!

With OCD one of my fears is contamination. Specifically the fear of contaminating other people through cooking... for example salmonella, under cooked meat, food poisoning, etc. Taking this step and talking about my OCD fear of contamination is a pretty big deal for me. Thanks for watching.
