Neon Outline in Photoshop CC 2022 || INVOGUE Adobe Tips

1st In Top Menu: Select + Subject
2nd Quick Selection Tool + Right Mouse Click + Make Work Path
3rd Create New Layer (2nd layer)
4th Brush Tool + Change Brush Size
5th Pen Tool + Right Mouse Click + Stroke Path + Brush
6th Create New Layer (3rd layer)
7th Brush Tool + Brush Size
8th Change Foreground Color
9th Pen Tool + Right Mouse Click + Stroke Path + Brush
10th Move 3rd layer UNDER 2nd layer
11th In Top Menu: Filter + Blur + Gaussian Blur
12th Select (Layer) Paths + Delete Paths
Lastly SAVE PSD file & there you go 😁 ...
