Strange Items Repeatedly Arriving That I Never Ordered - Is This A Plot?

Twice I've had things arriving from Amazon that I never ordered and after checking my account I was also never billed for. I'm just wondering if this is a bigger plot to get people who have refused the "Needle" to ingest something else that also carries something bad in it.

Perhaps the whole thing is indeed nothing. But I would like to know if you've also had strange things arriving at your door that you never ordered.
