The Mir Lock from Overhook Closed Guard I Learned from Jimmy Harbison

This attack was made famous many years ago by Frank Mir, but I learned it when I was a purple belt from Jimmy Harbison. He called it an elbow lock, and he had all kinds of setups for it, but it only really clicked for me when I discovered the small detail that you'll learn in this video.

And once you add this to your arsenal, your overhook closed guard will be far more dangerous.
