OWNING PROPERTY: This video explains it all

This wildlife video compilation is just a sampling of the wildlife that we have seen from our back door in only the last few weeks! Deer, hawks, osprey/falcon (Not 100% on that one), raptors, predators and more. We are amateur wildlife photographers, as most of our wildlife photography videos are taken from our Southern Illinois country home, but we also spend a lot of time in the outdoors and do also capture some wildlife video from other areas around the farm. We try to encourage people who also have the dream of land ownership and/or real estate investing by sharing our knowledge and hard earned lessons of buying land, selling land, fixer uppers and the joys and pitfalls of owning land. When we have bought land we often use realtors like Whitetail Properties, but you can also find land bargains through 'regular' realtors who only occasionally list land, as that is where the 'hidden gems' can often be found in plain sight.
