For today's video I'll be showing you how to do a Styrofoam Metal Casting. I'll be turning a piece of styrofoam into solid aluminum.

A subscriber reached out to me asking if I can make a custom styrofoam metal casting for him. It would be a gift for his first Sergeant in the US Army who served over 3 years. He watches my videos and wants to get into the lost foam casting process. This was a metal cast that was a little to much, so he asked if I could do it.
