The biggest challenge in quitting sugar is our emotional attachment to it. Physical cravings for sugar reduce quite a lot after several days, but then we must face all our negative emotions or problems that we usually suppress or hide by eating sweet treats.
I quit sugar while staying in a house full of sweet things and yet I still resist all the temptation.
In this video, I share my story of quitting sugar for 30 days: the results I've got and tips that can also help you.
