Canadian Drug Reform Advocate Jerry Martin has dedicated much of his adult life to fighting for Canadians to have fair access to medical cannabis.
Originally from Vancouver, Jerry is well known across Western Canada and beyond for his drug reformation activism and advocacy. He has become a prominent figure in the cannabis and psychedelic communities and champions the decriminalization and legalization of psychedelics along with the constitutional right for medical cannabis users to access local dispensaries. Canadian Drug Reform Advocate Jerry Martin has dedicated much of his adult life to fighting for Canadians to have fair access to medical cannabis as well as psychedelic medicines.

Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Group LLP began as a collaboration between Paul Lewin and Jack Lloyd, two prominent Canadian lawyers in the realm of federal laws relating to controlled substances. As legalization and normalization of Cannabis and other controlled substances progressed, Paul and Jack were being asked by private individuals and small businesses to help navigate the turbulent waters of Canada’s emergent federal and provincial regulatory frameworks.
