Day 6 Liquid Fasting

So this is the begining of Day 6
weight was at 231.4 lbs
overall feeling food, nothing remarkable

I am likely to add salt into the diet that I will aim for about half a gram to gram of salt.. and possible potassium but likely tomorrow.
