Making a Roast !

from my kitchen to all of you grab your favorite roast season it with all your favorite seasoning, mix it with bone broth and potatoes, and your favorite veggies.
cook slow in the oven for at least 4 hours or in your crockpot and by dinner, you can smell it through your home, the best air freshener ever...mmmm
