11 Steps to Survival in a Nuclear exchange a Read Along for New Preppers

Just thought it would be good content to do a read along commentary of the book 11 Steps to Survival an old Canadian Civil Defense book for how to respond to a nuclear attack as a civilian.

Some people can't be bothered to read this stuff so I thought I'd help and just do a summary of the materials with some of my own thoughts added in on the commentary.
