Trudeau Considering Supplying Vancouver With Drug Money

Vancouver and Canada have a major drug problem, especially sinec we are now becoming known for producing drugs. Vancouver has now asked for $6mil to supply their city with clean/safe drugs for their citizens. This is to counteract the overdose epidemic in vancouver, due to drugs being laced with other drugs. But should federal tax dollars purchase illegal drugs?
