Youtube Community Guideline striked my caffeine video again, and deleted it?

I'm just amazed that a policy outlined for not allowing hard drug videos and under age alcohol consumption has resulted in my video on caffeine being removed. Caffeine is a totally legal non regulated item. The fact youtube is referring to it as a "narcotic" is deeply concerning.
