Congressman Louie Gohmert (TX01) spoke on the House floor regarding the case of General Michael Flynn and the impeachment hearings. About the Flynn case, he said, "It's just phenomenal that in a federal district court, we could have justice department attorneys who are so flagrantly abusive of the process."

With regard to the impeachment hearings, the Congressman said, "If we are going to remove a President, it ought to require two direct witnesses."
