We Are One! ~ Picking a Card from 'The Herbal Healing Deck' and Reading from the book

I was very excited to make this video, I do really love herbs and cards. Best of both worlds. You should know that I started this channel mostly to practice and learn how to make videos on YouTube. I would love to get editing down, and how to figure out YouTube, with the intention of some day getting the confidence to make more speaking videos. Thus I am starting with reading. Can't go too wrong with reading right? Right? Ha ha.
I get busy editing and quickly realize that my reading voice sounds very mechanical and not very smooth. I start watching the clips I was designing and realize the whole video seems like a, yawn, boring slide show. This was not my intention. I start to think this was stupid and a bad idea, and I am not a good reader or speaker, and my videos are stupid, etc, etc. I had put a lot of time and work into it, but was thinking of calling it quits on this video. It didn't turn out how I had envisioned.
Then I realized spirit was speaking to me through this herbal lesson of Willow. The very lesson I just put together. I was stinkin' thinkin'! I had to remember that I am learning and experimenting, and it's about the journey not the destination. Anyway you never get to the destination because we are constantly growing and our standards are too. I was thinking I am not good enough and needed to remember the other perspective I came into this with. I can not accomplish anything with just my mind, nor with just my heart. Like the lesson, I need to weave the energies of both together. I remembered I am a spark of the Divine on a journey in the physical, and changed my perspective. It is not about what people will think about me, it is about how I the spark of the Divine think of me, and I am proud of this video after all. Could it be better? Always. At least, I am on that journey.
Did I mention Willow trees kept making themselves known to me the last couple days. (which seemed pretty extraordinary to me as I live in the Sonoran desert, and willows like water. They are making a living in the desert not giving up.) Reminding me to keep doing what I love because I am enough.
