The cutoff half gave further info, such as the need to modernize and industrialize the economic system. We need to use telecommuting, drones, robotics and rebuild a healthier industrial base... one that puts humans at less risk. We dont need ot depend on old technologies now we have carbon technologies that are ligher and more efficient, carbon fiber, carbon wire, carbon energy cells, and compressed carbon diamond energy cells, among many others... the old economic is sick, it makes people sick this is an oppourtunity to build a better world, rather than continue the system that was broken to begin with. If we are going to spend trillions on rebuilding the economy why not rebuild a better economy than one that is broken and not even serving our actual needs.
