This is the first video in the new diet I have been trying out for the past few weeks. I am trying to do a more or less 16 hour no food 8 hour food intermitant fast. I am aiming for about 225lbs. I was around 250lbs for most of the last two year but that has started dropping a bit lately to 110kg to 107kg and now perhaps 105kg or 103 kg.
