Upgrading Cheese to OBS Studio

OK cheese ias a default video recorder for linux but on day two of my making youtube content with linux game experience I discovered the inability to convert my files quickly to an alternate format or record in mp4 was leaving me a little innately frustrated so I decided to hunt down an alternate video recording platform. This video documents my hunt for a replacement to cheese and the outcomes.
