Elton John's "Funeral For a Friend" starts off dirge-like but gets up to speed at over 100 mph in the end while the Eurythmics start at 100 mph so the songs work together for today's Segue City Special hand in glove... but it sure is too hot right now to wear gloves, unless, of course, you pulling something out of the oven... We're just happy that we got this segue done and now the work week is officially started.

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.
