Pull-ups At Four In The Morning

I stepped outside first thing in the morning to get a quick workout in at the park and this is the result. I'm not at all happy with the results so much so in fact I almost didn't post this video. I've been really lacking any motivation lately which has concerned me a little bit. Often times I lose motivation for a short time then quickly gets back to work but I've been slacking really badly lately. I've gone at least a month without doing ANY physical activity except for walking which is almost unheard of for me. I'm hopeful that making this video will help get me back on track.
