Hardwired for Happiness

Our hearts are hard wired for happiness. We do what we do because on some level we believe that what we are doing will create happiness in our lives. However the culture sells the lie that pleasure is happiness. Pleasure isn’t happiness. Happiness is sustained after the activity creating it. Do you want life long happiness or sporadic pleasure that in many cases creates shame. Choose happiness! Have empathy.
