The Baltimore Police Department released body camera and a surveillance video of an officer involved shooting on Oct. 30 in the Rite Aid parking lot in the 6300 block of York Road.

Also in the video Baltimore Police Deputy Commissioner Brian Nadeau give details and answer question in briefing.

Baltimore Regional Auto Theft Task Force detective spotted a vehicle matching a description of a car wanted in connection with an Oct. 9 robbery at the Horseshoe Casino. After the officer talk to the driver he learned the driver was a person of interest in the Oct. 9 robbery.

the suspect lunged at the officer with a gun in his hand. A struggle on the ground ensued over the gun and John Thomas Feggins, 24, of Philadelphia, was Fatally shot by police officer.
