CIA Coup in Bolivia?

The President of Bolivia has been overthrown via a military coup d'etat and the US State Department seems to be quite happy about it. Bolivia's now ex-president has been a long time critic of US foreign policy and skeptic of foreign influence in his country. It would be a surprise to precisely no one if it turned out the CIA/NED were involved in this whole operation.
