Moses is about to die and he has some last things to say. He started by explaining the Torah to a new generation. Every generation needs the Torah explained to them. Without it, that generation won't as ready as they could or should be to enter into the Promise. They also might miss their opportunity to serve and glorify God.

For too long, generations of those who claim the name of Christ, the name of Yeshua have been wandering in the wilderness apart from the Torah of God. If we are approaching the last days before the coming of the LORD, we too need to have the Torah explained to us. We need to be relocated from the wilderness to the river.
