At this time and age some kind of body shaming is normal. Our body has to fit into a certain picture, that is defined by the society you live in, to be acceptable.

What about you are just perfect as you are? Nearly everyone of us has experienced some kind of body shaming or felt ashamed about their body and it is time to release that now.

In this recording I remove all dissonant frequencies, energies and beliefs about your body and at the same time bring in energies and frequencies that will assist you to feel comfortable within your body. The precious, amazing and wonderful vehicle for your presence that it is.
