HYPOCRISY AGAIN | Trudeau Without MASK Again??? Rules But No Rules!!!

What would you do if your boss tells you not to bring your lunch into the office, but you and your coworkers catch him munching on a doughnut behind his desk, at lunch break? You may decide not to do or say anything because he’s the boss after all, but I bet that there would be a rebellious coworker among the lot of you who saw him and who would want to reciprocate what the boss had done.

The coworker might even be so bold as to eat his lunch when the boss is close by and can see him. The boss would see him and naturally confront him about it, but this coworker is even courageous enough to tell the boss that he had seen him doing the exact same thing a few days ago. Now, the boss is speechless and walks away in silence because what else can he do? He can’t fire his employee for breaking a rule that he set and broke himself, and surely not while the rest of his employees who know what happened are looking on.

I decided to start with this little scenario to show the consequences that come with breaking your own rules, especially if you are a leader. Whether at home as a parent to your kids, in school as a teacher to students, or in some other workplace where you find yourself, once you are caught breaking your own rules, you immediately lose credibility and your rules become worthless.
