Tormordgarden Kveik Guide

This is the second part in my new series that looks at specific types of kveik that are highly recommended.
This one was known as "Saure" kveik until about 18 months ago and is now known as "Tormodgarden". This is a very special kveik for various reasons which are explained in this video.
I worked with the kveik owner to gain its history and lots of other inside information about this very old, special and versatile mix of yeast strains.
Included in this video is information from the kveik registry but also much more information that I feel gives people everything they need for full assessment before, during and after use.
