I discuss the 15% minimum corporate tax rate that the so-called 'Inflation Reduction Act' imposes on corporations that make $1 Billion dollars or more in profits. Specifically I focus on how this not only will reduce, not increase tax revenues, but how it reduces politician's power over corporations since they just capped their ability to modify corporate behavior.
