Feeding time on a very windy day. Interesting to watch the horses cluster together

The high wind changed how I fed the horses today - mainly for my own safety of walking feed into a paddock when it's harder to get the horses to listen to me. The horses are distracted and more flighty during high winds, as they cannot sense predators as easily.
They were affectionate and interestingly, Tuppy was more patient with the boys and didn't give them the butt at all and allowed them to come in and eat.
Prey animals will group more closely when it's windy.
