The 98 Rock Album Vol II is a slice of the Baltimore rock scene during the early 1980's. The album done in 1982 for charity by the Baltimore rock radio station WIYY - 98 Rock. The station held a contest for regional musicians and the eight winners received studio time to produce a song for the album and were played and promoted on 98 Rock. A limited pressing was made and sold with the proceeds going to a local charity.
