Saying now is a great time for Californians to reflect on their level of preparedness, top emergency officials toured the areas affected by the Kincade Fire in Sonoma County and talked about the challenges of public safety power shutoffs happening while wildfires were also spreading through parts of California. “We learned a lot of things that will make us stronger as we continue to navigate future disasters,” said Cal OES Director Mark Ghilarducci.
