CAREFUL, MODS ARE DISABLED [EXCEPT AUGMENTED MODS] IN GRENDEL MISSIONS!

Just keep track of the surrounding of the Defense Target and you should be good. Sometimes an Airship will fly by and shoot at the Defense Target. Don't even think about taking the hits it will instantly blow you up. Unless you have enough Revive Points left.
Be careful about Nullifiers, remember to reactivate your Skill 3 again after killing the Nullifiers.

Frame: Hildryn
============
So Hildryn was the best choice IMO for this mission. I tried with Inaros but that doesn't work well since energy orbs are too much luck based. Hildryns Skill 2 allows her to steal shield from the enemies and simultaneously lowering their shield/armor and adds it onto herself, giving her a way better survival. The best part is she doesn't need energy and only shield as a resource to consume for her ability which you can replenish every time with Skill 2. Her Skill 3 allows her to deal consistent Damage around her and with that you can focus more on the enemies which are closer to the Defense Target.

Primary: Tigris Prime

Optional use. Best Primary weapon for the sole reason if the enemy is stuck on a place which i can't reach with my melee weapon.

Secondary: Brakk

Same concept like Tigris Prime, but any other Secondary weapon will do just fine.

Melee: Nami Skyla Prime

(Alternative: any other melee weapon with high base value attack speed will do fine)
Okay so why did i pick Nami Skyla? This melee weapon is a dual sword but it's not the damage i want. Rather it's the attack speed. A base value of 1.33 is really fast. That's the sole reason. I tried with many Primary and Secondary weapons, but none of them gets close with Melee weapons, especially now with Melee Phase 2.
Using the Air "Charged" Slam Attack creates a large AOE damage upon landing and also it uplifts Enemies for a few small miliseconds. But the most important is the AOE dmg.
Here comes the reason for the Attack speed: Animation canceling and finishing is influenced on how fast the Attack Speed of a weapon is. So with that in mind i can easily spam the Air "Charged" Slam Attack. Not to mention, using Melee Air Charge Slam Attack i can move much faster around the area.
