Man Reportedly Slashes Woman with Box Cutter in "Unprovoked" NYC Attack

RANDOM ATTACK: NYPD released surveillance footage of a man they say used a box cutter to attack a woman unprovoked in Manhattan. The suspect is still on the loose and wanted by authorities for assault.
