Fed Pledges to Never Raise Rates Again

At his press conference announcing the 3rd rate hike in row, Powell confirmed once and for all that he has no intention of ever raising interest rates again. In Powell's words, the Fed would need to observe "significant" inflation to justify raising rates. But of course, the way the Fed measures inflation, they will never observe significantly high inflation. The result is that the Fed will continue propping up their friends on Wall Street and screwing the rest of us.
