The death of Leandro Lo and other thoughts about our shared reality.

Sad to hear of the passing of Leandro Lo this past weekend. He was a great BJJ competitor and athlete. I pray that his friends and family find comfort during such a horrible time of grief and sadness. May he rest in peace.
His passing made me think about how fragile we are in this reality. How can I can focus on what is eternal; how can I improve this temporary time on Earth for myself and for others?
