Why I'm Obsessed With Body Language (Video Diary)

I'm motivated to understand how people communicate on all levels. That's why I'm studying body language. We cannot depend on words alone, to determine what people are thinking and feeling. We send and receive far more messages non-verbally.

My core motivation for this study is understanding myself. I love to observe how my body language is affecting the people I interact with.
