PCV Oil Seperator (Correct style of "Breather") DO NOT DELETE | AnthonyJ350

We install an oil separator for or 2005 Chevy Silverado with a 4.8L V8. There are a lot of videos out there that tell people to delete their provisions and run a breather. That is not recommended because you may send false readings to the MAF sensor as you're letting unmetered air into the engine because you're bypassing the MAF. Watch the video where we show you can keep the PCV system closed and still be able to remove oil from the system to keep your intake manifold clean.
