We’re clearing a lot more land so that we can plant more trees here on the property.
The trees that are here are not good for much so are going to plant either white pine, red pine or spruce trees.
First we will clear land and later we will put in the stakes in a grid pattern so that we know where the trees will be planted.
I still want to line the road with 2 or 3 rows of cedar trees for privacy.
We are also going to try and grow 150 sugar maple trees to be planted in the spring. We will start them here at home and then transplant them as soon as is appropriate.
Things are starting to shape up and we’re making a bit of progress.
